Make sure your framework supports your agency’s digital strategies and is in line with broader governance policies, and includes mechanisms for gathering user/customer input in order to inform and improve digital services. Finally, integrate it into the overall policy development process in order to maintain consistency and prevent duplication of effort – this approach will enable you to create digital services that are helpful, user-centric, and easier for measuring impact on community service users.
